Welcome to Alignment Academy. By purchasing or participating in our coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to create a clear, respectful, and supportive experience for all parties.
1. Client Responsibilities
By joining this program, you agree to:
- Take full responsibility for your personal growth, decisions, and results.
- Show up with openness, honesty, and a willingness to engage in the process.
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and communicate respectfully.
This is a space intended for personal evolution and mutual respect. Any harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior within sessions or community spaces will not be tolerated.
2. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment is due in full or according to the selected payment plan at the time of enrollment.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or level of engagement.
Refund Policy:
Due to the high-touch and transformational nature of this program, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
At its sole discretion, Alignment Academy may offer up to 30 additional days of access to support clients in completing their goals, depending on the package purchased.

3. Coaching & EFT Services Disclaimer
I am not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or financial advisor. Coaching and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are intended for personal development and are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a current medical or mental health diagnosis, participation in EFT should be done in conjunction with ongoing support from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after your participation in the program.
4. EFT & Somatic Work Disclaimer (Potential Side Effects)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and related somatic practices involve working with the body’s energy systems and may result in temporary physical or emotional responses. These may include, but are not limited to, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, heightened emotions, or other symptoms associated with emotional or energetic release.
By participating in these services, you acknowledge and accept that such responses may occur and that you are voluntarily engaging in this work.
You agree to assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being and to release and hold harmless the practitioner and Alignment Academy from any liability related to such effects or outcomes.
If any symptoms persist or cause concern, you agree to seek appropriate care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Most side effects are temporary and may be alleviated through rest, hydration, and attunement to your body’s needs.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during 1:1 sessions and group containers will be kept strictly confidential, except in the following circumstances:
- You provide explicit consent to share information.
- Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain a safe, judgment-free environment within all program spaces.
6. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Group sessions are not guaranteed to be recorded and cannot be made up individually unless otherwise stated.
For clients enrolled in 12-week or 24-week packages, sessions are designed to be used with a degree of flexibility. While many clients choose to meet weekly, sessions may be spaced more loosely to accommodate travel, holidays, periods of integration, or personal circumstances.
All sessions besides those in the 1 year program must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All sessions in the 1 year program must be used within 14 months, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided within the program are the intellectual property of Alignment Academy.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.
8. Termination
Alignment Academy reserves the right to terminate participation in the program without refund if a client violates these terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the integrity of the space.
9. Results Disclaimer
Individual results will vary based on personal commitment, participation, and external factors.
While transformation is possible (and common), no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. A separate Coaching Agreement may also be provided and must be signed prior to the first session.
